Bikini competition Prep: version heels and a tan Okay, I swear AM more tan, it doesn’t really show in the picture.  I have quads!! Oh, happy day! The heels help more than anything, I swear. We’d have it so much harder in the competition if we didn’t get heels. Lacking confidence? Put on a pair of heels. Instant improvement. (I, being short, have always thought this.) 11 more weeks! I feel like I’m at an okay point. Just have to keep up with the diet and workout every day, and I’ll be there in no time! Can you tell my feet are completely squished into these shoes? Lol, still need to break them in and stretch them out properly. They’ll be fine in 11 weeks though. I’m used to this process. Consistency is key. Don’t forget!
