Had a leg session this evening. Went something like so:

  • Barbell squats 3x10, 75 lbs
  • Smith machine lunge…things 3x10 each leg, 95 lbs
  • Leg extentions 3x12, 60 lbs
  • Leg abductors 5x15, 90,70, 70, 50,30
  • Hamstring curls 3x12, 40 lbs

I think that’s it. From memory that’s what I got. Followed it with 25 minutes on the stair climber. Twas splendid.
